How to spec it
Pick by the run
Cat6 covers Gigabit to the desk. Cat6A is for 10G at the full 100 m or a data-center spec. Fiber takes the backbone: OS2 single-mode for long runs and ISP plant, OM3 and OM4 multimode inside the building.
Jacket for the space
Cat6 ships in CMR, CMP, and CMX. Fiber comes in OFNR, OFNP, LSZH, and direct-burial. Tell us the pathway and we quote the right jacket.
Duct for the underground run
HDPE monoduct, biduct, and triduct carry the fiber underground, and RIVAL TDP corrugated duct covers the larger telephone and electrical duct banks. Both lines are built to Ecuadorian INEN standards and ship to Latin America and the Caribbean, in the same container as the cable.
