RIVALFLEX Flexible Corrugated PVC Conduit
RIVALFLEX flexible corrugated PVC conduit for low-voltage electrical installations. ABNT NBR 15465 compliant, Type LIGHT (yellow), 450/750V, rated to 90°C. Nominal diameters from 20 to 50 mm in 25 m and 50 m rolls — self-extinguishing, high impact resistance, runs in any direction without elbow accessories. Voltera imports it direct from the factory.
Flexibility reduces fittings, welding work, and on-site scrap — and the rolls minimize per-stick cutting. Voltera ships RIVALFLEX to specialty distributors, ferreterías, and electrical contractors across Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Full container or mixed with rigid PVC, wire, or other electrical materials. MOQs are real, not policy. Quotes go out in firm with incoterms.

Buying RIVALFLEX Corrugated PVC Conduit Wholesale — FAQ
What is RIVALFLEX corrugated PVC conduit and where is it used?
RIVALFLEX is flexible corrugated PVC electroduct for low-voltage electrical installations. ABNT NBR 15465 compliant, Type LIGHT (yellow), 450/750V, rated to 90°C. Available in nominal diameters from 20 to 50 mm in 25 m and 50 m rolls. The flexibility lets it run in any direction — diagonal, around obstacles — without the elbow accessories rigid pipe needs. Used in residential, commercial, and light-industrial wiring, drywall partitions, and renovation work.
Flexible corrugated vs rigid PVC conduit — which one for my project?
Flexible corrugated (RIVALFLEX) is faster to install, uses fewer fittings, and minimizes scrap because it runs continuously from the roll. It is the right call for residential, commercial fit-out, drywall partitions, and renovation. Rigid PVC (NTE INEN 1869) is the call for underground canalization, concrete-embedded runs, and any installation where mechanical loading or buried-depth requirements rule out flexible conduit. RIVALFLEX is not recommended for concrete embedding.
What diameters and roll lengths are available (20–50 mm)?
Five diameters per ABNT NBR 15465: 20, 25, 32, 40, and 50 mm. Smaller diameters (20, 25, 32 mm) come in 50-meter rolls; larger diameters (40, 50 mm) come in 25-meter rolls. Diameters can mix in a single container with no per-SKU minimum. The packaging is stretch-film wrapped rolls, palletized.
Is the conduit self-extinguishing and fire-safe?
Yes. RIVALFLEX is self-extinguishing — flame does not propagate, no toxic gas emission, complies with fire-safety requirements. The compound is formulated PVC with controlled extrusion. This matters when the local code disqualifies non-self-extinguishing conduit on commercial and institutional jobs.
What does ABNT NBR 15465 mean for my project?
ABNT NBR 15465 is the Brazilian standard for plastic electroduct systems for low-voltage electrical installations. It defines flame resistance, dimensional tolerance, mechanical impact, and thermal performance. RIVALFLEX is certified Type LIGHT (LEVE). For specifying engineers and inspectors who need documentation, we deliver the certificate and lot-level traceability with the shipment.
Is RIVALFLEX compatible with rigid PVC pipe and standard fittings?
Yes. RIVALFLEX couples directly into the bell of standard millimetric rigid PVC pipe — no adapter required. That makes it easy to run flexible from the ceiling drop into the rigid main with one continuous installation.
Does Voltera export RIVALFLEX to Central America and the Caribbean?
Yes. Voltera ships RIVALFLEX to specialty distributors, ferreterías, and electrical contractors across Central America (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama), the Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago), and South America (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina). Full container or mixed with rigid PVC, wire, or other electrical materials.
What is the minimum order to buy RIVALFLEX wholesale by the container?
No fixed minimum. The honest question is whether the math works for a full container or whether a mixed container with rigid PVC, wire, or other electrical materials gets to a better landed cost. Send the diameter and roll-count breakdown by destination — we put together the configuration that gives the best total cost.
